Processes and Capacity
Central to our production capability is our capacity for large diameter spinning. We run four lathes with capacities of up to 3.7m, using solid steel and sectional aluminium tooling.

Complementing our spinning capacity, we have a specialised fabrication facility equipped for reflector production. This includes TIG hand welding equipment, MIG and MMA welding facilities and a 4-metre automatic seam welder.
Our machining division comprises manual and CNC milling, and two production lathes.
